MPL ID Season 8 akhirnya tiba! Turnamen MLBB kasta tertinggi di Indonesia itu bakal hadir mengobati kerinduan penggemarnya. Mengingat betapa panasnya pergerakan tim dalam mencari pemain baru, persaingan musim ini diyakini akan berlangsung menegangkan.
IDGS, Jumat, 13 Agustus 2021 - Kehadiran Rebellion Genflix dan kembalinya Wann menjadi warna pembeda di edisi MPL kali ini. Rebellion adalah tim baru yang hadir melalui kerjasamanya dengan Genflix. Sementara Wann adalah superstar EVOS Legends yang baru kembali dari masa istirahat.Berikut ini adalah tim-tim yang akan bertanding di MPL ID Season 8:

Format MPL ID Season 8
Sama seperti gelaran sebelumnya, MPL ID kali ini dibagi ke dalam dua fase, Regular Season dan Playoff. Fase Regular Season menerapkan sistem round robin di mana semua tim akan bertemu satu sama lain. Dua tim terbawah akan tereliminasi, dua tim teratas lolos ke Upper Bracket Playoff, dan sisanya akan menjajal Playoff melalui Lower Bracket.

Kemudian babak Playoff bakal menggunakan Double Elimination Bracket. Semua pertandingan menggunakan konsep B03, kecuali laga Grand Final yang menggunakan Bo7. Jadwal MPL ID Regular Season
