Nominasi dari The Game Awards 2020 telah resmi diumumkan! Apakah video game favoritmu termasuk di dalamnya?

Tak hanya dari segi gameplay, The Last of Us Part II juga diakui dari segi direksi, naratif, art, musik, dan lain-lain.

Kategori terpanas pastinya adalah Game of the Year alias Game terbaik tahun ini, yang akan diperebutkan oleh 6 judul. Selain The Last of Us Part II garapan Naughty Dog, ada juga Animal Crossing: New Horizons, lalu Doom Eternal, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Ghost of Tsushima, dan Hades.

Judul-judul video game yang tengah ngetren akhir-akhir ini seperti Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, Among Us, hingga Genshin Impact juga menerima lebih dari satu nominasi.

Ada juga beberapa game indie yang berhasil menembus nominasi The Game Awards 2020 seperti Carrion, Phasmophobia, Spelunky 2, dan Spiritfarer. Judul-judul anyar seperti Assassin's Creed Valhalla dan Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales juga mendapat nominasi, masing-masing di dua kategori.
